10+ Years of Experience in Career counselling, IT Project Management, Training & Recruitment. Common problem with students is there is lack of knowledge on “How Industry recruits”? Just adding certification doesn’t help in employment. There are more action needed from students. Being recruiter and Project management for last 10+ years he has seen IT and Electronics industry closely. His only mantra is to make students aware on industry during counselling. He has counseled thumping 800+ students as of now from IT, Electronics and Pharma industry. Many of them are industry leaders today.
